New & Upgraded facilities prove to be a source of pride and growing income earners.

It is with pride and pleasure that we commenced work at College on Saturday 1st June 2017 to complete The Natie Kirsh Sports Complex by converting the out of use Squash Court No 3 to a Kitchen and Catering facility. The area will be divided into a change room for visiting teams (for many years the change room at the swimming pool was used). Work commenced on Saturday as we have to complete the Classrooms during the holiday period.

In addition we are renovating and upgrading classrooms numbers 1, 27, 28, 34, 36 funded by the class Years of 1950, 1962, 1964, 1966, 1976, 1977, 1980, and 1982.

Classroom No 10 funded by the class of 1976 was completed last year as a “Model Classroom”. This classroom was of assistance to all the teachers as an example. One on One interactions were held with each teacher in hers/his classroom. This resulted in accurate costings to be made for each classroom, where needs differed.

This exercise gave staff a sense of ownership and part of the Adopt a Classroom Project.

This is a first notice we are preparing a full account with photographs when the project is complete before the new term begins.
